Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING
The method and cost of shipping will be indicated in the course of placing the order. We are glad to offer a free express shipping on orders over $125.
Once an order has been placed, it will be shipped to the postal address given by the customer when ordering.
Orders are sent within 3 days maximum provided payment has been made in full. We will do our best to send your order within 24 hours.
RETURNS
It is for the customer to verify immediately on receipt of the Products that those Products have arrived in the expected condition. The buyer is responsible for taxes or other customs charges.
We recommend you to use our samples options to avoid purchasing a full bottle of a perfume you may not like. Indeed if you are not sure we encourage you to try before you buy by way of this service. Samples are not refundable and not exchangeable.
The customer shall have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to exercise its right of withdrawal and to ask for the refund of the goods ordered and that are not giving satisfaction.
Your request must be sent by email at nashir@arabianscentcastle.com with the most details possible such as the date you received your order, your order number, the order condition, the reason of the return request, etc.
If your request is accepted, the goods must be sent in perfect condition, non-used and in original packaging accompanied with the invoice.
Return and return shipping cost is your responsibility. you will receive a refund of your order after the return back. Initial shipping cost is not refundable.
Any Product damaged, already used, with traces of use, changed or not returned in the original packaging shall not be, in any circumstances, subject to the exercise of the withdrawal right.
Arabian Scent Castle guarantees that all products are conform to the use for which they are expected and present no faults or hidden defects that render them dangerous or unsuited to their normal use.
In case you receive a faulty product you must send first an email to nashir@arabianscentcastle.com with the most details possible. this product will be fully refunded or replaced. Faulty product should be returned to us within your responsibility. We will replace or refund the product and refund the cost of your postage when we are in receipt of it.
